Aimee Berger-Girvalo Campaign Hosts GOTV Weekend Events

Campaign will Engage Voters Through Canvassing, Phone Banking with First Selectman Marconi, Door Knocking with Sen. Blumenthal and Rep. Himes

RIDGEFIELD, C.T. — This weekend — the last to get out the vote before this unprecedented Election Day — Aimee Berger-Girvalo, candidate for Connecticut House of Representatives in the 111th District, will be participating in events to engage with Ridgefield voters.

Starting at 10 AM on Saturday, Berger-Girvalo will be canvassing at the Democratic Town Committee GOTV headquarters at 22 Catoonah Street.

On Sunday, Berger-Girvalo will host a virtual phone bank with Ridgefield First Selectman Rudy Marconi from 11 to 1 PM.

Then, U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal and Representative Jim Himes will join Democratic candidates Berger-Girvalo and State Senator Will Haskell to knock doors throughout Ridgefield and speak with voters. The door knocking event will start on Sunday at 2:15 PM at the Ridgefield Democratic Town Committee GOTV HQ.

Aimee Berger-Girvalo is an advocate and dedicated community volunteer who has lived in Ridgefield for 15 years. She has managed multi-million dollar corporate businesses, including working as a General Manager for Gap Inc., and currently works in special education programs as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist. For more than a decade, she has been the director and coach of the Ridgefield Holland Soccer program, a volunteer-run program that enables children with physical and learning differences to participate in the sport. Berger-Girvalo has raised her two children in Ridgefield, both attending public schools.
