I have lived in Ridgefield for the past 25 years, and I am grateful to be able to stay in the town I love as a senior. Ridgefield’s State Representative, Aimee Berger-Girvalo supports Ridgefield’s seniors by voting to eliminate pension and annuity taxes for retirees making less than $75k/year. She is a health advocate, too, having voted for HB 5506, which allows pharmacists, in collaboration with doctors, to adjust more medications without requiring as many in-person visits, extends telehealth options, and makes $12M available for tobacco prevention and cessation. And Aimee fights to keep Ridgefield affordable. She supported CT’s largest tax cut in history, cut the state gas tax to zero through December 1, 2022, increased the state income tax credit, and increased the earned income tax credit, which cuts taxes for our neediest neighbors.
Quite simply, Aimee has been and will continue to be great for Ridgefield. Join me in voting for Aimee Berger-Girvalo on November 8th.
